3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
  • We accept payment via the methods available at checkout.
  • For custom or quote-based orders (steelwork, furniture), a deposit may be required before production begins.

5. Digital Products

  • Digital products are delivered via email upon payment confirmation.
  • All sales of digital products are final. No refunds are issued once the file has been delivered, unless the file is faulty or corrupted.
  • A usage licence is included with each digital product for personal or commercial use as specified at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Physical goods are shipped within South Africa. Delivery times and rates are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
  • Free standard delivery applies to orders over R700, excluding bulky or custom fabrication orders.
  • Salut Heureux is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

7. Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
  • Custom fabrication orders may not be cancelled once production has commenced.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Salut Heureux and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Salut Heureux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
