Digital Product Policy

This policy applies to all digital products sold through the Salut Heureux online store, including templates, guides, prompt packs, checklists, e-books and digital design assets.

Delivery

Your download link will be sent to the email address used at checkout immediately after payment is confirmed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will resend it.

File Formats

File formats vary by product and are listed on each product page. Common formats include PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PNG and ZIP. You are responsible for ensuring you have the software required to open the files.

Licence

All digital products are sold for personal and single-business use only. By purchasing a digital product from Salut Heureux, you agree to the following:

You may use the product for your own personal or business purposes
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicence or re-upload the files in any form
You may not claim the work as your own original creation
Templates may be customised for your own use, but the customised version may not be sold or distributed

Refunds

Due to the instant and non-returnable nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical problem with your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Updates

Where we update a digital product you have purchased, we will endeavour to notify you and provide access to the updated version. This is not guaranteed for all products.
