Care Instructions
To get the most out of your Salut Heureux products, follow these care guidelines.
Refurbished Furniture
Our refurbished pieces have been restored with care. To keep them looking their best:
- Wipe down with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking wood or MDF surfaces
- Use a dry cloth to remove dust regularly
- Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading or warping
- Avoid placing hot items directly on painted or varnished surfaces — use coasters or mats
- For painted finishes, touch-up paint may be available — contact us if needed
- Tighten any loose screws or fittings periodically
Steelwork Products
Our steel products are built to last, but proper care will extend their life significantly:
- Wipe down with a dry or lightly oiled cloth to prevent surface rust
- For outdoor steel products, apply a rust-inhibiting coating or paint annually
- Avoid prolonged exposure to standing water
- Inspect welds and joints periodically for any signs of wear
- Contact us if you notice any structural concerns
Branded Clothing and Lifestyle Products
- Follow the care label instructions on each garment
- Wash printed items inside-out in cold water to preserve print quality
- Avoid tumble drying printed garments where possible
- Do not iron directly over printed areas
Mugs and Drinkware
- Hand washing is recommended to preserve print quality
- Avoid abrasive scrubbing pads on printed surfaces
- Not suitable for microwave use unless stated on the product
